My wife and I have been to several CDD meetings and questions are never really answered and the board always seem to to take it personally whenever residents ask valid questions. Also there never seems to be any order or organization at these meetings, people talking over one another and there's never a feeling of accomplishment at the conclusion. So I figured it's time to be more involved.
