The incompetence of our HOA and CDD boards has not only lead to the deterioration of our community, decreased home values, minimal amenities in comparison to other comparable communities and the few amenities that we do have are not well maintained. It is a travesty to think us, the homeowners, are paying well over $4000 in HOA and CDD fees every year, which is absurd, with nothing to show for it. Where or should I say, to whom is that money going? Ultimately, whenever a simple inquiry is made in regards to our community, it is met with very unprofessional and outright rude responses from specific members of the board. Such responses are purely unacceptable, if a board member is incapable of responding to a homeowner in a polite and professional manner, they should not be allowed to occupy that role within our community....
