CDD is out if control and we are being ripped off!

Because we are tired of the abusive power of the current board.

I have long questioned the activities and efficiency of our CDD, especially after having to absorb the last outrageous fee increase. I do not believe this board values the interests of homeowners in their deliberations.

I agree to sign the petition for the removal of the board of directors because their poor leadership has caused the community to lose significant value. They have allowed certain homeowners to disregard rules, leading to a deteriorated appearance in the neighborhood. Despite the extremely high CDD fees, the community looks neglected, resembling Pine Hills, one of the poorest neighborhoods in Orlando. It is clear that new leadership is needed—one that genuinely cares about the community's well-being and respects the opinions of all homeowners.

CDD Hight cost

This is my first home, and for the past couple of years, it’s getting very hard to afford living here. As a Florida teacher, we already don’t make much, and unfortunately, I live off of one income. I have never had this much stress of trying to make ends meet.

CDD fees are higher

Our ability to pay the mortgage has been affected by the increasing high value of the CDD in recent years.

Cause i am concerned of the amount i pay in property taxes

It affects everyone in the community and our budgets. I too was wondering why my CDD is so high and other communities near us are lower.

I don’t want to keep paying for something that doesn’t looks like it will ever end. Our taxes go up but we don’t see anything in return e. g. Traffic signal at Pleasant Hill and Grasmere, road paving etc.

This petition has raised some interesting questions the answers to which could help shed some light on the rising costs associated with our homes. The lack of transparency and any explanation whatsoever to what has given rise to the increase of the CDD dues is unacceptable at best and potentially criminal at worst. We, as a community, need answers that the current board members seem unwilling to provide. New leadership and a thorough investigation is clearly required.

My mother and father own the townhome and I am concerned about the goings on within the Board and its members, who are not acting in the homeowners best interest. Something is very wrong.

We’ve been lied to and robbed. It’s time for a change. This is not acceptable. We need honesty and transparency none in which our current CDD members are doing.

Me and my husband love this community but now we are very concerned about the increase of the cdd every year and we would love to know where that money goes. Because we don't see any changes in the community

The first time i came to this community I loved it ,but now I'm concerned because I am here for 6 years and every year the cdd increases 600-700 dollars a year and I would like to know where this money goes because I haven't seen no improvement in the community.

They never responds to any phone call and they are slow about answering and on neighbors Victor seems to be in his feelings when responding to complaints!

Our CDD and taxes are out of control! We can no longer live comfortably. It’s not fair to us or our families !

The board is full of scammers!

There needs to be clarity, and complete transparency when it comes to community leaders and our money. The president of the community has lied to us all for years now. It’s time to hear truthful answers.

HOAs take advantage of homeowners and abuse their 'authority'.
