I believe in being a good and considerate neighbor. I think it helps strengthen the fabric of a community or neighborhood. It sounds like reasonable attempts have been made to get this person to stop burning harsh materials, but this person isn’t considering others, especially their health.
I'd prefer not to be poisoned by toxic and noxious chemicals and odors. Safety and courtesy need to be considered, as it is impossible to limit the scope and impact of pollution from these burnings on surrounding citizens and wildlife.
Quality of life.
I enjoy spending time outside and like to open my windows. I have three children who also like to be outside. The smell when our neighbor is burning things in his garage makes this difficult.
It effects me
I have 3 children and I worry it’s dangerous for them to breath these fumes.
I think the neighbor in the house behind my house burns what smells like plastic. Some days it’s over powering.
I worry for my family's health. We have the same situation in our neighborhood. The smell is strong and fills our whole house. We should be able to have our windows open when we want to without having to breath in this smoke and pollution.
I also have neighbors that seem to burn whatever they want to burn randomly. Sometimes it's overpowering, and you can't even open your windows in the summer.
It’s a horrible smell and gives me a sore throat and a headache
I worry about the health of my family and other families in the community.

The smell comes in my house, I get a sore throat, my eyes burn, my nose burn. I was in the hospital last year and had respiratory failure, I don’t need this.
