We, the people of the State of Arizona, request that the Arizona State Legislature amend fireworks statutes to limit the use of legal fireworks to be allowable only on the eve of major holidays, from 7PM to midnight. Major holidays are exclusively New Year's eve, Fourth of July eve and Cinco de Mayo eve.
Razones.
The use of fireworks has gotten out of hand with permissible extended periods of time, as long as 2 weeks, during which the use of fireworks is permissible. It has gotten out of hand and affects children, pets and the ill and elderly.

The amount of dangerous unsupervised explosives sold around holidays are out of control. Public safety, Fires, debris falling from the sky hitting homes or people. Along with the extreme amount of pollution it creates for our environment. People driving electric cars to save nature but will set off fireworks that creates more pollution than an old diesel tractor does over 10 years.

The damaged fireworks bring. The noise level is louder every year. Time restraints are not being kept. Dogs, pets, and people are mentally harmed by. These sounds noises of the fireworks. Beautiful! They may be but let them be for the professionals and not for the amateurs use. Please stop these fireworks.
