We, the people of the State of Arizona, request that the Arizona State Legislature amend fireworks statutes to limit the use of legal fireworks to be allowable only on the eve of major holidays, from 7PM to midnight. Major holidays are exclusively New Year's eve, Fourth of July eve and Cinco de Mayo eve.
Reason
The use of fireworks has gotten out of hand with permissible extended periods of time, as long as 2 weeks, during which the use of fireworks is permissible. It has gotten out of hand and affects children, pets and the ill and elderly.

The damaged fireworks bring. The noise level is louder every year. Time restraints are not being kept. Dogs, pets, and people are mentally harmed by. These sounds noises of the fireworks. Beautiful! They may be but let them be for the professionals and not for the amateurs use. Please stop these fireworks.

The use and sale of backyard fireworks should be totally ban!
We didnt have these until the 1990's and the stress on our Vets and pets plus the fire danger increases. The safer and more spectacular public displays is the only way to go in Az.
Plus only legal use should be on July 4 and New years eve like it used to be and makes more sense.
Its all about greed of selling them and selfish backyard use.
