For almost two decades the neighborhood bylaws prevented two homes from having the same paint color or roof tile color. The Modification Committee failed to follow the published 2022 CEVA guidelines and now the children of the deceased home have selected the exact same type of tile and color.
Homeowners Guidelines and now our community is at risk of upholding an approved violation and opening the door for future violations.

It is of utmost importance that all affected residents are informed and given an opportunity to voice their concerns or understand the implications of such a decision this team will make next Tuesday. Transparency and open communication are essential to maintain the trust and integrity of our community. The residents need to know how this occurred and the lack of due diligence and process that was not followed
