Reinstate Funding to the Organizations that Support and Care for Survivors of Assault and Abuse

It is a violation of body liberty and human rights to remove a survivor's choice of care, resource services, support, and guidance which are essential in the efforts to recover from incidents of assault and abuse. Defunding the organizations that provide care and support services to survivors is a violation of their right to choose for themselves the support services they want to utilize for assault-care management that might lead to healing and recovery. The Rule is, that the nation's leaders, on the territory where the assault took place, are responsible for what happened to them. The funds removed are not their funds to remove; they are only stewards over the funds which were placed under their care for the people of the nation. But it is irresponsible and cruel to deny a person their right to choose the care and support services they want to receive for crimes of cruelty.
