Bishop Primary school should be renamed Nancy Smith Primary School.
Mrs. Smith was a long time teacher at BCISD is one of the most loved teachers ever in our community. (If not the most!) She has had a great impact on many of our lives, not just in our childhood, but her influence lives on after her recent passing. She was a beacon of positivity and goodness.

I mentioned renaming the school when she passed - it has not gone anywhere, and it needs to. I can’t think of a better way to honor Mrs. Smith’s legacy.
