New petition description:

We seekrespectfully appeal to reach higher officesauthorities to urgently intervene and address the following critical issues:

•Full accountability for the recurring delays in Trade Tests within the apprenticeship programmes. These persistent delays are causing significant setbacks for apprentices, undermining the integrity of the training process, and eroding trust in the institution.

•Explicit written confirmation that canany assistprogramme inextension tacklingwill theinclude following:continued stipend payments. Apprentices rely on these stipends for their daily living expenses; without assurance of their continuation, many face financial hardship and may be forced to abandon their training.

•Accountability•Proof withthat regardsall necessary applications have been submitted to the delayQCTO, along with ongoing transparency regarding the status and progress of ourthese applications. •Restoring accountability and trust: Recurring Trade Test delays, poor communication, and lack of transparency on QCTO applications have left apprentices in limbo for extended periods. This reflects poor governance and erodes confidence in the institution and the entire apprenticeship system.

•Preventing further harm: Without immediate intervention, the situation will worsen — more apprentices will suffer, public funds may be wasted, and the reputation of the apprenticeship programme will continue to decline.
