Training for hours under the strong sun outdoors for baskeball CCA has resulted in our children returning home with sun burnt despite applying sun block. I believe these unfavourable factors also affect teachers in charge and coaches unless they monitor trainings from the shaded areas.

As such, we believe that providing sheltered court will not only enhance training efficiency but also protect our children from harmful UV rays and potential heat stroke. We request that the school provide sheltered basketball court either by construction of shelter on existing school outdoor basketball court facility or securing long term rental of indoor basketball courts near the school as currently also done by other schools facing shortage of space and facilities.
