Soil and water are a huge concern for the residents with this potential change.Signees in this petition wish to express strong opposition to application 24-2000-0011, Modern Land and Development, LLC, requesting a zoning change from Open Space District (OS) to an Agricultural-Recreational District (A), for 160-acre parcel and a 741.32-acre parcel owned by Ruby Mountain RanchHoldings, LLC, adjacent to the Spring Creek Association, Palace Heights. Application 24-2000-0011, Modern Land and Development, LLC

We currently have two petitions for two difference zoning change issues. Needed to change the title and the topic so the second petition does not get blocked. Each parcel is seen as a separate zone change application with the county.
