I have lived up here since 1967 and the El rancho exit has changed considerably over that time. Turning the exit into a strip mall not only takes away from the character and harm of El Rancho and the surrounding area of Evergreen, but will also take away from people traveling on I-70 to visit Evergreen proper. I am also concerned about the water and sewer needed to supply the development.
