There should be honesty and transparency in the actions of the CDD board members especially when they act in a capacity that is sanctioned by the county. They are there to represent the interests of the community as a whole and not their individual interests. The actions and lack there of by the board and the tremendous increase in CDD fees that homeowners are paying raises serious questions of ethics, negligence and potentially criminal conduct.
