Tristemente se me hace casi imposible creer en tanto presupuesto que existe en nuestro CDD y no se ven los RESULTADOS. Ademas que es una cantidad casi IMPOSIBLE de pagar junto a la hipoteca y el HOA. Is a very very SAD situation,

CDD fees are almost impossible to be paid. Each year there’s an increase and is really hard to be able to pay.

The CDD costs are getting out of hand and the amount we’re paying, we should look like we’re living in a golf course community and it just the opposite. I’ve been here since 2018 and the annual reports that I’ve received have shown they only use about $800-850k per year. To my calculations there should be almost $7M in reserves for or community and that’s not including the 2024 increase to almost $2.4M.

The CDD fees are outrageous and makes my tax bill hard to pay! People should be held responsible for not doing their part and following regulations.

We need answers ,we need to know what's going on, and stop if possible this cdd it's getting to high, I can't afford my mortgage to keep increasing.

Because it’s never a wrong time to make a right decision. Too many times there’s instances of abuse by people in charge. Need to do something about it now.
