Past repeat violations from old photos sent in vindictively of my house, being targeted and stalking concerns.

The CDD costs are getting out of hand and the amount we’re paying, we should look like we’re living in a golf course community and it just the opposite. I’ve been here since 2018 and the annual reports that I’ve received have shown they only use about $800-850k per year. To my calculations there should be almost $7M in reserves for or community and that’s not including the 2024 increase to almost $2.4M.

It affects me directly.

The CDD fees are outrageous and makes my tax bill hard to pay! People should be held responsible for not doing their part and following regulations.

I worry about being able to afford the rising expense of a CDD. The developer completed the project. Enough is enough.

We need answers ,we need to know what's going on, and stop if possible this cdd it's getting to high, I can't afford my mortgage to keep increasing.

As a resident all this petitions affect my budget and my family’s.
