Very upset with the way the maintenance of the townhouses have been unkept. They patched up cracks last year on the exterior and haven’t sent anyone to finish the job and paint. The lawn in the front is mostly dirt and patches of grass.

I have a house there and been paying for years and they are pocketing our money.

There should be honesty and transparency in the actions of the CDD board members especially when they act in a capacity that is sanctioned by the county. They are there to represent the interests of the community as a whole and not their individual interests. The actions and lack there of by the board and the tremendous increase in CDD fees that homeowners are paying raises serious questions of ethics, negligence and potentially criminal conduct.

This is important to me because, the cost of living in this community is going up much more than it for the rest of the surrounding areas. If it was because of the natural ups and downs of the economy, then I would not mind. Our increases are mostly due to the greed of a few people who have decide to steal money from hard working people they see everyday

It’s important to my community

I need to get straight answers as to how are CDD IS calculated and why the disparity in numbers between neighbors with similar houses. Also, how some the projects made?

I’m a resident of the community and I want better for my community and neighbors

Our CDD is out of control. We have been lied to and robbed our hard paid money. Enough is enough.

The CDD is outrageous price and making it financially hard for us to keep our mortgage and our home.
