We are a group trying to keep our community beautiful. Rumpke is wanting to put in a trash transfer station on 235 (Dayton Lakeview) where the current soccer fields and carpet business is located. That is not something we want in our backyards, harming our farmlands and polluting our waterways. Will you join us in signing this petition to help voice our opposition to this taking place? Why people sign
Because I live in Crystal Lake and get my water from a well. Rumpke's plan can and will damage the acquifer, in spite of what they say.
It is important to protect our farmland, our drinking water and our children playing in fields near this site. Our voices need to be heard before endangering our community.
We do not want this near our neighbor hoods. Our children and grandchildren live near by. Health effects for years to come.
