Please sign below if you disagree with the sudden increase of the Tehama Ridge HOA dues.

Reason

Dues were raised in 2023 to meet inflation and new costs across the board. Since the increase the HOA board has passed another increase which will take effect in March 2024 unless a majority of TR petitions against it.
