Hello, I didn't want my parents' trip to be stressful because they are taking a vacation to unwind. The employees at the Envoy Air Buffalo Office took the time to go over check-in procedures, seating selections, and airport assistance services. From departure to arrival, they made sure I understood how everything would operate. Their focus on ease and comfort was particularly noteworthy. Knowing that my parents' trip would be planned with thought and care gave me a sense of relief.
