Petition addressed to: Long Beach Unified School District

Coach Stephon has served Poly not just this past five years as a Campus Security Assistant, but since his time as a student, graduating with the class of 2006 at Long Beach Poly. He has given a tremendous amount of time, effort, & energy into serving Long Beach’s Flagship High School. Him leaving the campus would heavily impact not just the Track & Field, as well as the Football team, but the student population as a whole. He is a bright energy that the students benefit greatly from, & the school would not at all be the same without him.

Reason

Stephon has been a strong leader, a giving soul, & a kind heart that all Jackrabbits need to succeed. With your help, us Poly students can continue to grow & thrive from his mentorship!

Thank you so much for your support, Sydney Searcy, Long Beach

Coach Stephon kept my child in track and made her feel seen and appreciated. At a time when she felt despondent, he encouraged and supported her until she was back on track. His presence would be a huge disadvantage to Poly. Not only does he support athletes’ athletic growth, he also supports their mental wellbeing.

No CONTRA argument yet.

Why people sign

bc it’s cool

Stephon is the heart and soul of Poly. He bleeds green and gold

Stephon has supported Long Beach Poly with his time and dedication. He has been an intricate part of many students lives and I believe the program will suffer without him.

This guy is cool, but he takes a long time to open the 15th Street gate.

Great person, a big part of the LBP community.
