With a warmer than usual fall, the leaves did not fall until after the street cleaning schedule had ended. As a result, there are leaves and debris that have covered the streets and clogged the drainage system.
I petition that we allow the street sweepers a once or twice round of cleaning to assure that our drainage system and streets remain clean before more frozen temperatures arrive.
