Petition addressed to: Human Rights Activists and Public
Medical Negligence by Government Children Hospital Egmore, Chennai, Tamilnadu has caused a girl child lose her leg. And the govt hospital, without any regret issued certificate stating that the child is physically challenged by birth.

ictim's father, working in TN Police Department took his girl child (affected due to medical negligence) alongside demanding justice. Since not single official responded, he started peaceful protest initially, alleging medical negligence in a 2021 surgery. He was taken down repeatedly when he tried to voice out for the injustice happened to his own daughter seeking strict action. Every time he tried to stage a protest, he was detained by police officers (his own department officials) near the TN Secretariat.

Reason
When the judicial system cannot afford justice for a police officer and his family, people tend to completely lose their faith in constitution. The girl child got her leg amputated as a result of medical negligence, family members got completely devastated over this, the entire family is suffering physically, emotionally and 10 LAKHS RUPEES being spent EACH MONTH for which none of the officials took accountability.
No financial assistance or any possible solution was given. The family man being single salaried individual bears it all with so much pain and hardship and above all, justice getting delayed for 5 years is a very serious concern and needs to be addressed as soon as possible, strict action must be taken against everyone responsible for this demonic act. The child's father was threatened with his job, salary on hold, and his efforts towards bringing justice are all going vain.
I humbly request everyone to voice out for this human rights violation and medical crime and the justice should be a lesson to prevent such
occurrences in future to anyone in the world.
