We, the undersigned, respectfully request the esteemed Council of Ministers of the Republic of Lebanon to take the necessary measures, in accordance with Article 9 of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961), to formally declare H.E. Mr. Mojtaba Amani, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Lebanon, persona non grata.

Reason

This action, if adopted, would reflect the sovereign right of the Lebanese State to safeguard its national interests and uphold the principles of non-interference in its internal affairs, as enshrined in international law.
