( StGB § 249 Raub, §250 schwerer Raub, §251 Raub mit Todesfolge) Für die Kredibilität der Petition ist es wichtig, hier genau zu sein, um die Chance einer Gesetzesänderung zu vergrößern. §174, § 174b je Absatz (1) (...) wird mit Freiheitsstrafe von drei Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft. § 176 (1) Mit Freiheitsstrafe nicht unter einem Jahr wird bestraft, wer (..) § 177 (1) (...) sechs Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren bestraft. § 182 (1) (...) bis zu fünf Jahren oder mit Geldstrafe bestraft.
