I wanted to update the petition so it was up to date on any changes we have received which isn't much but I felt as though it needed to be refreshed.
New petition description:
My 6 yo daughter is deaf & she is in a general Education classroom with quite a few other children with IEP's. Administration decided to Move our children's teacher abruptly after 3.5 months for no reason other than discrimination & Bullying by administration. Our children's teacher is AMAZING & now our children are not doing well due to this unnecessary move! The principle & a few other staff member's have made false accusations against our children's teacher & have continued to bully our teacher as well as the students & staff. There is a lot of bullying & discrimination at this school & No One is doing anything about it! Falsified classwork , Verbal abuse, Neglect.. from a SPED teacher. The list goes on. Our hope is to bring awareness to this situation and get the unfair administration & negligent teacher's out & our Teacher back in her classroom with our children!children SAFELY!!!

This is a very important issue. (Some)staff member's are Falsifying classwork, verbally abusing , Neglecting student's & changing grades so the parents don't complain or ask question's. One is a Special Education teacher's included. Teacher are leaving or retiring left & right due to unfair treatment. We are losing Amazing Teacher's because they are unfairly treated by other staff member's & administration. Our children are in a General Education classroom. Quite a few have IEP's due to their disabilities.ie: Deafness, Autism, ADD, ADHA, etc... We (the parent's)have sent emails to the Superintendent, School board ,Human resources, the Governor & Mayor of our City & state. We have gotten No Help!!! OUR CHILDREN ARE SUFFERING due to this move.move & everything else with the Special education teacher's actions. Their general Education teacher is the Perfect teacher for them & now the kids are doing poorly. They are having a difficult time focusing, learning, listening & are unconsolable most of the time. They lash out & break things & cry. Some no longer want to go to school.We (The parent's) found out that the Special Education teacher's who was pulling our children for 1 on 1 testing , missed work, or areas they struggle in, was also verbally abusing them, Cutting off the FM system for a deaf child while testing causing her to fail her test. This SPED teacher has Neglected these children causing 1 to fall on her back resulting in pain and a bruised shoulder. They come home calling themselves Dumb or Stupid, etc. 10/2024 As the parents went to the principal, no changes were made. We have been ignored which is no surprise. The principle has done this to everyone at one point or another! We (the Parent's) are deeply concerned for our children & their future as well as their safety , Education & IEP's being met. They were doing so well & now they are Not. They need their teacher back ASAP and administration needs to go!!! This is detrimental to our children's future, so we must do the right thing. Get their teacher back & get the wrong administration & Special education teacher's out of our school. All of the children's future depends on this. The children have been set back so far this year due to falsified student graded work, verbal abuse, neglect & the IEP team not following each individual child's IEP. Now they have removed their teacher who was the only one we trusted as parent's. WE NEED YOUR HELP TO GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THIS SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER & THE PRINCIPAL AS WELL AS THE IEP TEAM NOT FOLLOWING THE IEP'S or DENYING us as parent's what we asked to be set in place on our children's IEP.PLEASE HELP US GET UNFAIR, IRRESPONSIBLE ADMINISTRATION, & THE SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER OUT OF THIS SCHOOL IMMEDIATELY!!!!IMMEDIATELY!!!!1/2/25The anxiety builds as our children go back to school. I have not heard a word from anyone about my child's situation. This HAS to be one of the WORST NIGHTMARES a Parent could have!
